These terms cover your use of highintentppc.com and the advertising services HighIntentPPC provides.

The service

We set up and manage Google Ads campaigns inside an ad account owned by your company. Ad spend is billed by Google to your payment method. Our fees are listed on our pricing section and confirmed in writing before work starts.

No guaranteed results

Lead volume, lead cost and sales depend on your market, your offer, your budget and how fast you follow up. We do not guarantee any number of leads, appointments or sales.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for holding the licenses your state requires, for how you contact leads, and for following telemarketing, consumer protection and solar disclosure laws that apply to you.

Ownership

Your ad account, landing page content and leads belong to you. If you stop working with us, they stay with you.

Cancelling

Service is month to month. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date. Setup fees are not refundable once setup has started.
